Returns and Exchanges
At Wristsluminous, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your ergonomic workspace furniture, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return address
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the specifications agreed upon. Please contact us to discuss options for custom orders.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
